- Customer states that heater is not working properly, also making noise when turned on. There is a lot of water on the passenger side? is the water related to the heating problem or is there a leak present? Technician found the cowl drains plugged up allowing water to pour into the car through the heater. The blower motor and blower resistor have been damaged bu the water in the blower motor. Recommend replacement of the blower motor and resistor. Technician cleaned the cowl drains.
- BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR – Remove & Replace
- BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace
- Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressure.
